Dale McElroy

Dale McElroy, Owner and President of Boyer Mountain Pool and Excavation, has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and success for over two decades. His passion for the pool business began in 2004 when he set out to install a pool for himself and realized the need for a customer service-driven pool company that truly listens to and cares about customer satisfaction. At the time, Dale was successfully running a garage door company, but after discovering his love for pool installation, he expanded his expertise and added pool services to his portfolio.
 

As demand for pools grew, Dale made the bold decision to shut down the garage door side of his business and focus solely on swimming pool installations. This shift allowed Boyer Mountain Pool and Excavation to grow rapidly, with Dale employing more people and expanding the company’s capabilities.
 

The company’s 20-plus years of success stem from its commitment to growth, investment in top-quality equipment, and a steadfast dedication to meeting the unique needs of each customer. Dale’s leadership has built a strong, loyal team, and his commitment to excellence is evident in the work they produce.
 

A proud family man, Dale is blessed to have his son, Coleman, working alongside him, bringing a balance of vision and work ethic that enhances the company’s success. Dale credits much of his personal and professional accomplishments to the support of his wife, Jamie, of 33 years, as well as his son, daughter, their loved ones, and his grandchildren.

Outside of work, Dale enjoys golfing, hunting, boating, and traveling. Above all, he treasures spending time with his family and friends, which he considers an integral part of his success.
