About Us

Founded by Dale McElroy in 1994, Boyer Mountain Pool started as a garage door company. However, it quickly grew into something much bigger after a frustrating experience with a local pool company. When Dale was planning to get a pool installed at his own home he realized the company wasn’t honest with him, so he decided to build his own. That decision marked the beginning of what has now become Boyer Mountain Pool.
 

Today, Boyer Mountain Pool is a family-run business, proudly managed by Dale and his son, Coleman McElroy. We’re known for being your local Latham Grand Fiberglass pool builder, and for the past 5 years, we’ve been the largest fiberglass pool builder on the West Coast. After 30 years of business, we’ve proudly installed over 1,500 swimming pools, and our reputation for quality and service has only grown.

Growth and Commitment to Quality
 

As our business expanded, we quickly realized that our sub-contracted excavation company couldn't keep up with the demand. To address this, we made a major investment in the latest excavation equipment and brought all aspects of the pool excavation process in-house. This ensures we have full control over the quality of every project from start to finish.

As we continued to grow, we also recognized that fiberglass pools can’t always meet every design vision. That’s when we expanded our offerings to include custom gunite pools—giving our customers even more options to create the pool of their dreams.

While we may not be the cheapest builder, we only use top-of-the-line products and practices—because when it comes to something this important, we wouldn’t settle for anything less.

Our Locations and Service Areas
 

Our main sales and construction office is located at 5970 Sunburst Ln, Cashmere, WA 98815, where we store all our fiberglass pool shells. We invite you to visit us and explore our various Latham pool models in person.
 

We also have locations in Richland, WA and Spokane, WA, allowing us to serve a wide area, including Eastern/Central Washington, Eastern Oregon, Northern Idaho, and select locations in Montana. If you think you’re outside our service area, don’t hesitate to ask—we may be able to help!
